EASY LICENSE TERMS
CALENDAR LICENSE

LICENSEE pays a Non-refundable NON-EXCLUSIVE license fee of $400 USD per single calendar page image, plus $0.65 USD (65 cents) per each calendar sold during the term (no credit for returns).

EXCLUSIVE OPTION

TWELVE (12) OR THIRTEEN (13) IMAGES INCLUDING COVER PAGE: Non-refundable fee is $3,600 USD per lot of 12 or 13 ea images ($277 USD/image), plus $0.95 USD (95 cents) per each calendar sold during the term (no credit for returns).

Notes:
If you choose more than one non-exclusive image, or want the Exclusive full calendar option, then please list ID#'s in the Artwork ID box above. We will determine if additional grants (1 per image id) are required, or if a "traditional" license would serve you better; and will offer you the choice.

LICENSE GRANT DETAILS FEE: Calendars. Non-refundable fee world-wide, exclusive calendar rights is $225 USD/image (including for cover), plus $0.50 USD (50 cents) per each calendar sold during the term (no credit for returns).
  • Image Size: imprint size up to 324 square inches (e.g. up to 18" x 18").
  • License Term: Two (2) years from effective date with option to extend year by year, by additional fee.
  • License Territory: World-wide
  • Licensed Quantity: unlimited impressions
  • Non-Exclusive Licensed Product Use: Calendar1.
ROYALTY REQUIREMENTS
  • Royalty Report, due for each quarterly reporting period:
  • Quantity of calendars sold
  • Royalty Amount Due and Paid

GENERAL TERMS & LICENSE ACCEPTANCE BY LICENSEE

Effective upon Agent confirmation of availability for Easy Licensing and the receipt and credit of payment in the specified amount to Agent's account, Agent grants, under the License Grant terms and conditions noted above, a non- exclusive, non-transferable, royalty bearing license to the Artwork described herein to "Licensee", and only for the Fees, Term and Territory and Licensed Products set forth in this License Grant and the Easy License Terms Agreemant. Your payment is your agreement to all terms hereof.

YOUR PAYMENT OF THE LICENSE FEE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF AND AGREEMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT PARTS ENTITLED, "Easy License Terms Agreement" and this Easy License Grant & Order Sheet (details above).
Additionally, the Licensee shall have no right, license or permission except as expressly granted via Easy License Terms Agreement and Easy License Non-exclusive Grant. In the event a provision of the Easy License Non-exclusive Grant conflicts with any provision of the Easy License Terms Agreement, then the terms of the License Grant shall prevail. All rights not specifically transferred by this Agreement are reserved to Artist and Agent.
